When will I receive my order?
We make everything to order, so please allow 5-7 days for delivery. We will send you an email once your parcel has been sent in the first class post - it will usually be delivered to your door the next day. Please note we only ship orders on Mondays-Thursdays to avoid your order getting stuck in the sorting office over the weekend.
Do you charge for postage and packing?
Spend £25.00 or more and get free shipping. Anything under £25.00 incurs a charge of £3.50. You can also opt to collect from our Brixton shop which is free of charge.
Can I order a Large Cake or Cupcakes for delivery by post?
No. We have tried posting full large cakes and cupcakes but they don't arrive looking pretty! Currently our cupcakes and large cakes can only be ordered for collection at our London shop or for courier delivery within London. You can purchase via our main site:
For Cupcakes - http://www.mscupcake.co.uk/order-cupcakes/
For Layer Cakes - http://www.mscupcake.co.uk/order-layer-cakes/
Do I need to store the bakes in the fridge?
No. Everything we make does not require refrigeration, however you may want to during warmer months.
How long will your baked goods keep fresh?
Everything is made fresh to order but as with most vegan baked goods, they have a short shelf life. You can extend the shelf life by freezing any of our products (except Savoury Pastries) for up to 3 months. If you do not freeze the products, here is a guide:
- Muffins - 2-3 days
- Cookies - 4-5 days
- Cookie Sandwiches - 4-5 days
- Squares and Bars 4-5 days
- Cake Slices - 2-3 days
I have an allergy - can I still order?
None of our products contain animal derived ingredients including eggs and dairy. There are options to order 'NUT FREE' when placing the order. If you have any other allergies - i.e. gluten/wheat, soya, etc. Please email us on email@example.com PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER so we can advise you which products are suitable for your needs.
